Round tables, on stage interviews, and more

A key part of my editorial role at Insider is organising and chairing corporate events. My responsibility is to arrange events that meet our clients’ expectations, who often want a clear discussion theme and representation from specific sectors. A successful event requires thorough research, careful planning, and the ability to pivot a discussion on the spot to keep it on-topic. These are accomplished business owners, and they all want their say; my role is to ensure that happens, which I’ve done successfully on many occasions.

My experience performing music on stage has also given me the confidence to conduct interviews on stage. It’s a very different skill, but an essential part of the job, and one I embrace. Below are some examples of events I’ve organised and/ or chaired. I also wrote the coverage:
